Key Responsibilities
❖ Handle Customer Requests Related to Network Product Line;
❖ Troubleshoot and handle Customer Service Requests in accordance with Enterprise MEA TAC workflow and regulations;
❖ Accept Customer Service Requests, Respond & Resolve them Effectively in accordance with SLA;
❖ Work in shifts and 24*7 environments if necessary;
❖ Participate in meetings and Presentations within the TAC organization to provide the technical perspective of Network Product or Solution;
❖ Work as a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) or On-site Support Engineer (OSE) of the Network Product Team in the Enterprise Middle East & Africa Technical Assistance Center (Enterprise MEA TAC);
❖ If assigned, provide On-site Support in Delivery Projects Inside and Outside Egypt;
❖ If assigned, provide Technical Supervision or Tutoring for staff;
❖ Accept any temporary tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Department Manager;
Essential Requirements
❖ Maintenance or Implementation experience in the Network field (Switch, Router, WLAN, and Firewall of Mainstream vendors);
❖ Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications engineering, Electronics Science, Computer Science, or a related specialization from a well-known university;
❖ Having HCIA, HCIP or HCIE knowledge is a required ( L2 technologies/routing protocols / Route Import and Control / MPLS / Multicast / High availability technologies / QOS / Network design principles )... Huawei or other vendors obtained certificates is a plus;
❖ Familiar with Network Security and firewalls (Including internetwork and terminal devices);
❖ Familiar with WLAN principles and can configure at least one of the WLAN vendor products;
❖ Fluent French and English language (oral & written) is required;
❖ Excellent and effective communication skills;
❖ High ability of fast learning and practice;
❖ Ability to make self-study for new topics to enhance his own experience;
❖ Ability to work under pressure;
❖ Ability to travel and work in 24*7 shifts;
❖ Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with a difference;
