We’re on the lookout for a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team and make a real impact!

Your Role

As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll:

 • Develop and implement effective sales prospecting strategies to identify and connect with potential clients in Francophone Africa and beyond.

 • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor product demonstrations to client needs.

 • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

 • Assist in preparing sales proposals, pitches, and responses to RFPs.

 • Leverage CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance and optimize strategies.

 • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

What We’re Looking For

 • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates welcome!).

 • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for building rapport.

 • Analytical mindset to understand and cater to diverse customer needs.

 • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, CRMs, and data analysis tools.

 • Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.

 • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
