En qualité de Talent Acquisition Specialist , vous êtes responsable du full lifecycle recruitment pour le recrutement de profils pour nos clients en Suisse . Vous collaborez étroitement avec le management pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients. Vous serez formé(e) sur nos logiciels et vous serez force de proposition pour la mise en place de stratégies de marketing et de sourcing.
Ce que nous attendons de vous :
- Vous développez et appliquez les stratégies de recrutement
- Vous menez activement des campagnes de sourcing et alimentez les réseaux sociaux.
- Vous recherchez proactivement de nouvelles méthodes, outils et tendances dans le domaine du recrutement
- Vous êtes responsable d'optimiser notre *candidate expérience*
- Vous développez, suivez, analysez et communiquez les KPIs et d'autres sources d'analytique pour le recrutement et mettez en oeuvre les stratégies utiles
- Vous êtes responsable pour les activités d'Employer Branding
- Vous participez activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et des systèmes du Talent Acquisition ainsi qu'aux différents projets RH passionnants au sein d'une équipe jeune, dynamique et pleine d'humour.
Votre expérience :
- Expérience dans le recrutement et le sourcing de profils (principalement en IT) d'au moins 2 ans.
- Etre à l'aise avec les réseaux LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
- Esprit commercial et marketing
- Aisance relationelle et capacité à mener des conversations business par téléphone et en face à face.
- Trés bon niveau de Francais écrit et oral
