Le Technicien support est amené à :
· Diagnostiquer à distance un dysfonctionnement informatique matériel ou logiciel
· Configurer le poste de travail aux besoins de l'utilisateur et effectuer les tests de fonctionnement
· Guider l'utilisateur pour résoudre l’incident ou prendre le contrôle du système à distance
· Vous escaladez si besoin les incidents non résolus en restant attentif aux engagements de délai des interventions, et vous tenez informé l’utilisateur
· Vous réalisez un descriptif précis de l’intervention après chaque appel et renseignez les champs nécessaires dans l’outil de gestion des incidents
Profil recherché :
· Passionné, diplômé en Informatique, ou vous possédez une expérience de 2 ans minimum en support utilisateurs ou en centre de contact
· Vous êtes fraichement diplômé ou pensez à une reconversion professionnelle
· Vous parlez aisément le Français et/ou l’Anglais
· Vous êtes flexible sur une large plage horaire et/ou cherchez un travail hybride
