Key Responsibilities
+ Handle customer service requests for our GSM-R , CDMA , eLTE Trunking and Broadband Services and BSC 6000 , BSC6680 eNodeB and BTS 3900.
+ Take first corrective actions to isolate and neutralize reported incidents and if necessary escalate to
next technical level support.
+ Troubleshoot hardware or software for eLTE, CDMA and GSM-R , identify root cause and provide
an effective solution within contractual SLA time.
+ Perform network upgrades updates in accordance with the Change Management process.
+ Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure or upgrade IP products and their features.
+ Use trouble ticketing system for tracking customer interactions and fault analysis.
+ Identify customers concerns and critical problems based on customer interaction.
+ Work On call duties.
+ If assigned, provide On-site Support in Delivery Projects Inside or Outside Egypt.
Essential Requirements
+ Maintenance or Implementation experience in Wireless field like 2G, 3G or 4G
Huawei Integration and Commissioning Experience.
+ Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications engineering, Electronics science, Computer
Science;
+ Good command of English is required;
+ Familiar with Wireless network and Wireless network architecture design.
+ Familiar with SS7 protocol.
+ Strong hands-on skills with extensive experience in the troubleshooting of Wireless network related
issues.
+ Familiar with routing and switching protocols.
+ Good understanding of the implementation and maintenance procedure of telecommunication project.
+ Having Mobile Package and CCNA and SS7 Courses.
