Robotic Sales Engineer
We seek for ''RoboticSales Engineer '' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Robotics and manufacturing process , location in Tunis, Tunisia and in North Africa.
Tasks
Making customer site visits, understanding customer needs for robotic systems and collecting required data from customers
Being directly involved in sales activities and decisions,
Developing optimum robotic cell solutions and studies.
2D-3D robotic system solution and layout design
Develop feasibility studies and 3D Robot Studio simulations for proposals
Selection of robot types and specifications
Preparation of project and product quotations
Lead concept designs and customer part try-outs,
Represent TIRA ROBOTS during site visits, communicating at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the robots and associated equipment in their designated area of expertise e.g. packaging process, handling process etc.
Executes Integrated Management System (Quality Management System, Environment Management System, OHS Management System) policy, procedure and instructions and complies with the legal affairs and TIRA ROBOTS Global Directives
Creating demands via marketing activities and increasing sales volume with gross margin,
Obtaining a good understanding about customer operations and about key facts in order to create strategically competition advantages,
Creating a long term customer relationship and a customer based business strategy,
Her/his own sales activity commercially, closing the deal with the customer followed by a correct hand over to the back office (including documents to the Sales Support Function for order execution),
Reviewing all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
Defining price strategies, price lists, local and global agreements, budget for market activities together with Sales Manager,
Updating TIRA ROBOTS Robotics sales database.

Requirements
University degree in Engineering departments
Minimum 2 years of experience in automation/robotics
Preferably knowledge of industrial robot operations and servo systems, including electrical and software interfaces
Preferably have a working knowledge of control systems, I/O, PLC and bus communication for building motion control systems
Preferably have process knowledge in one or more disciplines – picking / packaging / palletizing, handling, etc.
Experience in robotics and off-line robot programming and simulation packages is a plus
Innovative, Team player, Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
Self-discipline and motivation,
Advance English skills,
No limitation for travel
