About the Role

As a Digital Designer, you’ll work closely with Product, Outreach, and Marketing teams to create strong visual experiences across digital platforms.

Your work will include:

Creating digital assets, branding materials, marketing graphics, and layouts

Designing web and app interfaces using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Creating motion graphics and video content using tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro

Contributing to and maintaining the organization’s visual brand identity

Turning creative briefs into polished, high-quality visual concepts

Ensuring digital assets are optimized and ready for web and social platforms

Keeping up with current digital design trends and best practices

What They’re Looking For

Degree or undergraduate degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interactive Media, or a related field

3+ years of hands-on design experience

A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual storytelling, graphic design, and digital layouts

Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color theory, and art direction

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva

Motion graphics and video editing skills

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

Experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, and design exploration

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience creating design systems

Experience with user testing in high-censorship or hostile environments

Persian proficiency

Experience designing for RTL languages
