We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at Ketrone. This pivotal role is crucial for architecting and implementing the next generation of our intelligent legal AI platform. Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex legal reasoning and data processes.
• Architecting and building sophisticated backend services using Python, Microservices, and FastAPI.
• Managing high-concurrency systems and ensuring seamless integration between complex backend services and user-facing interfaces.
• Developing robust REST APIs and handling networking complexities in distributed environments.
• Participating in code reviews and maintaining adherence to best practices for scalable, secure, and efficient code.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Deep expertise in Python-based backend systems and modern frameworks like FastAPI.
• Proven experience with AI orchestration tools, including LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with container orchestration and distributed systems concepts.
• Proficiency in core languages including Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.

Academic level:

• Engineer degree in a relevant technical field.
