Job description:

We are seeking a Senior IT Administrator to join Knauf Interfer IT Service Tunisia SARL, where you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure and services.

Type of Contract: Contract job.

Availability: Hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Exchange environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Power Platform services, including Power Automate workflows.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, and overall network infrastructure.
• Oversee SQL Server instances, ensuring performance, backup, and security.
• Implement and support cloud infrastructure solutions and hybrid environments.
• Monitor IT infrastructure operations, perform capacity planning, and ensure high availability.
• Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
• Document procedures, configurations, and incident reports.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and network administration.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid IT environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting.

Academic level:

• Bachelor's degree.
