We help organizations across EMEA and AMER accelerate their digital transformation through Atlassian Cloud consulting, custom Forge app development, workflow automation, and AI-powered solutions built on Jira, Confluence, and Rovo. As an official Atlassian Marketplace Partner with our own published apps, we operate at the intersection of enterprise software, cloud technology, and intelligent automation. We are looking for a hands-on Country CEO to lead our Tunisian operations, scale our engineering team, and ensure our people have everything they need to deliver world-class solutions to clients worldwide.

👨‍💼 What You'll Do

🏢 Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative, legal, and financial matters: accountant, tax authority, public institutions, and suppliers👥 Lead recruitment end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top engineering and QA talent

📊 Define and run performance measurement processes for all team members, setting clear goals, tracking progress, and driving growth

🛠️ Ensure the team has everything they need to work efficiently: hardware, software tools, subscriptions, and workspace conditions

🌡️ Monitor team wellbeing, satisfaction, and culture through regular check-ins and people surveys

📈 Drive the company's growth in Tunisia: scale the team, structure the organization, and build a high-performing delivery center

📅 Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders, providing regular operational and financial reporting

🤝 Represent ONETEEM Tunisia within the local tech ecosystem: Technopole de Sousse, APII, universities, and potential local partners

✅ Must-Have Skills

🎓 Background in Finance, Management, International Business, or Engineering

🧑‍💼 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role

🧭 Strong organizational skills, able to juggle administrative, financial, and people responsibilities simultaneously

🗣️ Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken). German is a strong plus

🤝 People-first mindset: you genuinely care about the humans you work with and create environments where they thrive

📋 Comfortable handling administrative and legal coordination: contracts, filings, compliance, and supplier relationships

📊 Financial literacy: able to read and manage budgets, work with an external accountant, and control operational costs

🧠 Proactive and autonomous: you identify problems and solve them without waiting to be told

🌟 Nice to Have

🌍 Experience working with or for European companies (DACH region is a strong plus)

🏗️ Familiarity with tech environments such as software development, cloud consulting, or IT services

📉 Experience building or scaling small teams in a startup or SME context

🇩🇪 German language skills (B1 or above)

🏛️ Knowledge of Tunisian business regulations (SUARL, APII, labor law)

☁️ Interest in or knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or enterprise software ecosystems
