We’re now hiring a Growth Hacker to drive full-funnel growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You’ll own experiments, work cross-functionally, and use data to unlock scalable results across channels like SEO, email, content, paid media, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
• Translate growth opportunities into structured, measurable experiments
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic fit
• Ideate and execute campaigns across SEO, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and automation
• Leverage CMS tools and marketing platforms to implement and iterate on content
• Define key metrics for success and build dashboards to track performance
• Work cross-functionally with product and content teams to align on growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a growth, marketing, or similar performance-focused role

Strong strategic thinking and ability to work across the full AARRR funnel

Experience with SEO, marketing automation, and CMS tools

Ability to run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and KPIs

Creative problem solver with a scrappy, action-oriented mindset

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
