We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about software quality and committed to improving the reliability, usability, and security of our products. You will ensure that our private Forge applications and workflow automations meet ONETEEM’s high engineering standards.

👨‍💻 What You’ll Do

• 🧪 Test private Atlassian Forge apps, custom workflows, and integrations
• 🐞 Identify, document, and track bugs clearly for the engineering team
• 🔍 Validate usability, performance, and functional correctness of new features
• 🔄 Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality releases
• 📊 Maintain and improve QA processes, test cases, and documentation
• 🔐 Contribute to software security validation and risk identification
• 📈 Drive continuous improvement of testing practices within ONETEEM
• 🤝 Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders
• 🚀 Ensure all products meet ONETEEM’s quality, reliability, and usability standards

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 🧪 Experience in software testing or quality assurance
• 🧠 Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices
• 🗂️ Ability to create structured test cases, test plans, and reports
• 🧰 Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
• 🗣️ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• 🔎 High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• 👥 Ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and product teams
• 🔐 Basic understanding of software security and usability principles

🌟 Nice to Have

• ⚙️ Experience testing Atlassian Forge or cloud-based apps
• 🧪 Knowledge of automated testing frameworks or scripting
• 💡 Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian workflows
• 🚀 Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• 🔄 Understanding of DevOps or CI/CD processes
• 🛠️ Ability to contribute to improving testing tools and QA workflows
