E -Learning Designer

Our IT department is looking for an E-Learning Designer to be based at TUNIS.

The role of a is E-Learning Designer is to create, develop, and design digital learning modules/programs. 

You will focus on the end user experience, making sure that learning content is engaging, effective and simple to access. 

 The main missions of the role are to : 

 Create and maintain digital contents in line with Faurecia’s Global Informations Systems (GIS) standards:

o Design and produce eLearning courses applying pedagogical concepts and methodology (storyboards, course content, materials...)

o Create Training materials (videos, graphics, animation…)

o Ability to take complex concepts and break them down to learning segments for digital learning

o Work with Training Team to revise, evaluate and improve existing learning materials 

o Keep up-to-date with digital design technologies and look for new eLearnings tools and metholodogy.

Qualifications : 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

▪ Technical degree or equivalent work experience & skills in graphical design, learning design (eLearning methodology included) and user experience

▪ Experience & skills in the design of on line learnings (learning coched by a trainer and selftraining

▪ Strong knowledge of eLearning tools (Articulate , captivate ,..)

▪ Strong knowledge of video creation tools: vyond, camtasia, magix,VEED…

▪ Good knowledge in graphical designer tools (i.e: Adobe illustrator,Adobe Flash, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop,Adobe in Design, Dreamweaver)

▪ Good knowledge in storybording tools (Milanote,..)

▪ Desired but not essential Knowledge in LMS (successfactor..) 

▪ Good communication and expression skills

▪ Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)

▪ Language : English and French. Other language Spanish, German, Portuguese will be a plus.

▪ Occasional travel will be required (normally to Europe)
