Forvia Informatique Tunisie, FIT, a leader in the automotive sector, is looking for a Product Owner to join our Global Data Transformation Team!

Key Responsibilities:

The Product Owner will be part of the DTO team, working on AI and data projects for all components of the Group, from Purchasing to Engineering and Manufacturing, in order to improve our productivity.

The main missions of the role are to:

• the delivery of the project (planning, resources, budget, customer reviews…),

• the coordination within the team in charge of the delivery,

• the definition / validation with the customer of the functional specifications and their translation into technical ones

He will be the interface between the internal customer (our Business Groups and Functions) and the technical team of data scientists, data engineers and developers. Customer satisfaction / management and team leadership will be key.

Manage project delivery reviews:

• Track the status of the sprint daily and report the status to management on a regular basis
• Conduct retrospective and track the findings to closure
• Perform project follow-up meeting directly with customer
• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
• Risk management and anticipation
• Decision making

Ensure team coordination for the project delivery:

• Handle impediments and external support required for the team
• Prepare necessary reporting presenting project evolution status
• Organize team reviews and sprints

Define and validate with the customer of the functional specifications end their translation into technical ones

• Accessing customer requirements, understanding of their expectations and be able to create Development spec for Developer and/or Data Scientists
• Facilitate the release and help splitting the user stories across sprints

Qualifications:

• Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 2+ years
• Project management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Flexibility / capacity of adaptation
• Presentation skills (project reviews with customers and top management)
• Interest in industrial & automotive topics
• Ability to work in international teams

Language: Fluent in English
