Data/ AI Engineer - [ PFE ]

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI/Data Engineer to develop and enhance our platform's data processing and automated compliance capabilities. This role bridges compliance and AI and requires an interest in cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks.

You’ll design intelligent agents to automate data masking, encryption, and access control, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO27001 and SOC2 and data protection laws such as GDPR, DPA and CCPA.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AI-powered tools for automating compliance, data masking, and anomaly detection.

Collaborate with the product team to integrate AI agents into our data management platform.

Contribute to the development of federated and multi-tenant data environments with controlled access.

Build enterprise grade, reliable, and trustworthy software/services from the ideation to production.

Qualifications

Required:

Strong experience in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a proven track record of developing AI-driven solutions.

Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using key NLP frameworks and libraries (e.g., SpaCy, Transformers).

Solid understanding of machine learning techniques applied to text data analysis, pattern recognition, and data classification.

Proficiency in building data pipelines and workflows in cloud environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

Understanding of user-centric privacy principles.

Knowledge of cybersecurity and database administration best practices. 

Prior exposure to AI applications in databases.

Ability to conduct independent research and implement software based on related academic publications.
