DevOps Engineer

Guepard is an early-stage startup operating in the data infrastructure industry.

Based in Tunis and Marseille, we are currently transitioning into the product-market fit stage before making our product public. Our mission is to revolutionize how teams work with data by providing a self-service solution that enhances productivity through the delivery of relevant data to stakeholders, automating data related operations and empowering compliance through AI.

Position Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer , you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of our  Plateform.

You will work closely with our CTO and Backend team, engaging in activities that span infrastructure management, automation, deployment processes, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the rapid development and deployment of our  solutions.

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in code deployment, testing, and monitoring.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and reliability.

- Optimize resource consumption and infrastructure costs to maintain a financially viable model.

- Package OVA for plug  & play deployments on cloud [ Azure & AWS]

Qualifications:

 - recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- [ 1 - 2 ] Years of experience in DevOps - Infrastructure - Azure & Cloud

Soft skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in both French & English (speaking and writing).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Keen interest in technology, infrastructure, and DevOps trends.

Technical skills:

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP) and infrastructure management.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a plus.
