Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance Speedykom's online presence.
- Manage and curate content for Speedykom's LinkedIn page.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, including articles, infographics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organize and participate in community-building initiatives, such as webinars, online events, and discussions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or experience with social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media performance is a plus.
