Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations lead at Kamioun - كميون located in Tunis, Tunisia. The operations lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to operations management, customer service, product delivery, administrative assistance, and communication.
Tasks:
Training and coaching team members on processes and systems and ensure compliance
Data analysis and reporting
Analyze data related to inventory levels,
Order processing speed
Delivery timeliness...
Process improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee customer claims and ensure timely resolution
Ensure proper coordination with the different warehouses' teams and delivery agents
