Role Overview:
As the HR Manager for TYM, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive work environment. You'll oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and collaborate with psychologists to ensure that the platform fosters the well-being of its contributors and users.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the team is diverse and aligned with TYM's values.
2. Employee Well-Being: Collaborate with psychologists to implement HR policies that promote mental health and work-life balance.
3. Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new team members.
4. Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and conflicts in collaboration with the HR team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR management.
Understanding of well-being initiatives and the ability to create a supportive work culture.
