Position Overview:

We are searching for a proactive and creative Community Builder Intern to join our team for a 4-6 month internship. As a Community Builder Intern, you will play a key role in growing and managing our community, organizing virtual and in-person events, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve our KPIs in community growth and user engagement.


Duration: 4-6 months


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the Yoteqi community of like-minded professionals.
  • Organize and execute virtual and in-person community events, webinars, and meetups.
  • Actively manage and moderate community platforms, fostering positive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate compelling community-focused content.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure community growth and user engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams to gather feedback and insights.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to showcase Yoteqi within the professional community.


Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant marketing, communications, or community management program.
  • Passion for community building and creating engaging experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Content creation skills, including writing and design, are highly encouraged.
