Your Role and Responsibilities

 As part of TMI new hire programme, you are not expected to have a full set of technical skills when you walk through the door. Whatever your background, our training programme will support you in growing your technical and business knowledge. The most significant thing is that you possess a desire to learn and grow your skills. 

From day one you’ll join our dynamic Engineeing Team. You can get to know our work environement that promote TMI values of social and corporate responsibility. 

After you complete your training period, you will be one of our Team who is integral to making sure the service to our customers is seamless, responsive and focused. Taking our technical skills to customer sites, we’re responsible for everything from installation, configuration and integration, through to maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. We also work closely with our designers, solution managers and sales specialists to provide solutions.

 You will: 

• Plan and lead installation services for assigned accounts 

• Drive timely services such as break-fix support and proactive maintenance 

• Seek resolution to drive closure of complex issues 

• Keep abreast of technology and our service offerings 

• provide solutions for customers with challenging expectations 

Minimum requirements

Are you : 

•  With an Engineer’s Degree Bac+5 in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field ? 
•  Hungry to learn with a dream to expand your knowledge and improve your skills? Do you have a growth mindset? 
•  Passionate about technology and interested in the way technology is changing how the world works? 
•  Keen to work with people and thrive in a collaborative culture? 
•  Excited by new challenges and seeking responsibility ?
