What we’re looking for

🔭  Imaginario AI (Techstars ‘22) is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and sales team by coordinating various activities across planning and execution. If you are passionate about implementing high-impact marketing and sales strategies and have experience working with startups or small businesses, then this is the perfect role for you. This role has the opportunity to grow to Business Development Manager as we grow the business and expand our team in the next 18 months. 


Responsibilities

1. Sales Support:

  • Help execute and coordinate comprehensive marketing and sales campaigns that align with our company goals, helping drive brand awareness, lead generation and sales.
  • Assist the sales team by creating and managing sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, webinars, online events, and trade shows, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and available.
  • Help manage and maintain a healthy CRM with up-to-date customer data and lead progression applied to marketing funnels.

2. Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, including blog posts, e-books, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and more tailored to our B2B audience.
  • Help manage and optimize social media and email marketing campaigns including creating and updating customer lists and sending newsletters.
  • Understand our target audience's needs, pain points, and decision-making processes to suggest relevant and impactful content and email campaigns.
  • Assist in website updates (changes in copy, images, designs, etc).
3. Communication:
  •  Liaise between the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  •  Coordinate with external vendors and partners for various initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular sales and marketing performance reports.

4. Events and Promotions:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Track promotional activities' performance and suggest improvements.


Requirements

  • Proficient level of English (verbal and written). IELTS: 7+ score / TOEFL: 80+ score
  • Bachelor's degree level in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive or Hubspot.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in early-stage companies, showcasing adaptability and initiative.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Previous experience starting your own company or project is a major plus.
  • Experience working for video or audio technology products in production, post-production, media asset management and/or infrastructure, a major plus.

  • You love media, technology, and creatives. If you’re going to help sell our products, you need to care about creativity, content creation, and the people who use these tools.
  • Time Management. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks.
  • Customer-centric. Start with the consumer and then work backward, not the other way around. We want to invalidate our hypothesis and we want to hear feedback quickly.
