𝐒𝐄𝐁𝐍.𝐓𝐍𝟐 is an international manufacturer of electrical wire harnesses for the automotive industry. The company, located in Neopark El Fejja, employs more than 1700 collaborator. We are one big family of young people with an average age of 27 years old.

As a part of the IT strategy, we are expanding our central IT team in Tunisia and looking for a IT Global Helpdesk.

◼ 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 :
- Provide technical assistance to users
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment
- Respond to user requests in collaboration with the Field Support team
- Detect, analyze, and correct incidents (Software & Hardware)
- Remotely diagnose hardware or software computer malfunctions
- Identify resources necessary for resolving a malfunction
- Handle the creation, activation, and deactivation of user accounts & profiles
- Install and configure user software
- Install and configure network devices
- Resolve access and connectivity problems (LAN, VPN, etc.)
- Maintain equipment and data security by ensuring operating system updates and antivirus protection are installed
- Provide internal user training on software and computer equipment
- Serve as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between users and IT organizational units
- Ensure regular activity reporting

◼ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of computer networks
- General knowledge of operating systems
- In-depth knowledge of hardware architecture
- Knowledge of software development & programming languages
- ITIL certification is desirable
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Additional language skills recommended and German from advantage
