Your Tasks:

Supports OPEX Plant Leader and leads OPEX activities in case OPEX Plant Leader is absent

Supports the process to define the annual CI plan with commitment of Plant management, involving N-2 of Plant management (preparation, tracking, proposal of new MMCI projects)

Supports operational investigations to identify opportunities, to manage OPEX projects through annual CI plan and to improve performance in his/her area of responsbility

Based on Hoshin Kanri, ensures the follow up of Management CI process and ensures that the objectives are measured and targets are achieved in his/her area of responsbility

Supports Internal OPEX audits to ensure that all improvement efforts are aligned to Plant/Country goals, to requirements and to strategy

Attends the External OPEX audits performed by Central Function to assess the performance of the Plant/Country in regards of OPEX system, builds and follows up the action plans

Leads the deployment and sustainability of OPEX system in his/her area of responsibility (e.g. OPEX Manual, OPEX Whitebook, OPEX standards) in the Plant/Country

Checks that OPEX routines, OPEX methods and tools are respected in his/her area of responsibility Supports by checking/improving/reviewing standards for workplace organization, takes part in standard development and release

Participates to the improvement of standards that will be implemented throughout the value streams in his/her

Develops and implements a training plan / coaching plan for methods and tools based on Standard OPEX training program to ensure that employee qualification meets requirements

Follows up and implements the standard for visualization and communication described and released by Central OPEX

Responsible for choosing applicable and appropriate tools and methods from existing OPEX tool box in his/her area of responsibility

Supports campaigns to generate and to implement CI ideas: to promote Employee CI, Management CI, Process Excellence Communication Plan in his/her area of responsibility

Manages Individual CI process to involve every employee in day-to-day improvement in his/her area of responsibility

Acts as PMO for improvement projects and for Continuous Improvement workshops on the shop floor and indirect Area in his/her area of responsibility

Supports and develops the skills of OPEX resources for methods and tools (theoretical and practical trainings, skill matrix and development plan)

Supports the OPEX Dashboard tracking: KPIs, follow corrective/preventive actions led by process owners in case of deviation

Leads the local best practice identification, implementation and sharing in his/her area of responsibility Leads/Supports PIP activities in case of performance deviation in his/her area of responsibility

Ensures the proper calculation of impact for CI process initiatives (ex: business case, pay-back or return on investment)

Level of Education: Engineer

Branch Of Study: all branches

Experience : A minimum of a year in the Continuous Improvement department is appreciated

Language : English is mandatory
