Outbound Inside Sales Agent – English speaker

Overview of Role :

The Outbound Inside Sales Agent you will be required to sell a range of National Pen product to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. You will do this by contacting customers using a pre-loaded workflow. In doing so, you will provide our

customers with an incredible service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.

What you will do : 

• Calling existing customers using preloaded workflow and generating increased sales

• Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets

• Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products and maintaining the highest levels of customer care

• Ensuring the order and customer details are correctly uploaded onto the system to ensure accuracy on all orders

• Achieve weekly individual sales ,calls and revenue targets

• Attend weekly team catch up meetings, brainstorm new ideas and sales techniques

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, which will be supported by on on-going training, support and coaching

• Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management

What we need from you:

• Fluent in English

• Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in sales environment with an understanding of the importance of building relationships with key decision makers
