Customer Complaints management, key event assurance: E2E customer complaint analysis, issue finding and action suggestion (This is applicable for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G complaints…)

Coverage & Quality Optimization from DT analysis: Overshooting, PCI conflict, missing neighbor, L3 message understanding, weak coverage area, …

Geo-location data analysis needs to be used for analysis and Optimization of the RF environment for 3G and 4G network, and for 5G when implemented.

RF basic optimization (Tilt, RSCP & EcNo, CQI, Power, …)

RF Planning review: Perform design and Implementation of optimization action, evaluate the result and share the gain

Reporting: prepare the report for Cluster DT & BM with good quality, including analysis & optimization

2G/3G/4G basic optimization: parameter tuning, network evaluation and optimization action suggestion

RAN Performance Optimization: GULNR KPI optimization, worst cell handling, KPI improvement, networ analysis & issue finding to improve the end user experience

Capacity Optimization: 2G/3G/4G congestion handling, detect the capacity issue, make a deep audit, anlysis & evluation, share the solution and optimization action plan

Network Strategy on Layering and mobility: GULNR interoperability management, inter-freq, LDR, DRD, Volte/SRVCC, MLB, …

Coverage & Quality Optimization: Drive Test/Benchmarking results needs to be used as well to enhance coverage and quality for all technologies

Interference optimization: Investigate and solve any problem that may causing the internal interference and external interference, analysis be performed to classify between external and internal interference issues by RAN Vendor equipment. 

Handover Optimization: needs to define the proper inter-technology handovers to offload / maintain the load onto the technologies like 2G/3G/4G/ any other new technology exist or added in the network in future, Optimization of ANR settings, all related issue to HO & inter-layer and technology mapping

Parameters & features: Suggest trails, feature mapping for customer based on network paint point, evaluate & share the gain

Refarming & Frequency Tuning: All related activities to refarming and new technology preparation

End to End Optimization: througput, power consumption, end user experience, main KPIs

Customer Experience Optimization: Proactive identification of problems related to audit and optimization of QoS settings that may lead to customer experience impact. 

OTT and benchmark experience optimization: data collection and analysis, identify the issue and share the related action plan
