As a HRIS Functional Analyst in the Time and Activity Management activity, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer requests through the updating of the Information System. Your responsibility is to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do: Your Responsibilities

The smooth running of the production
The smooth running of the production
Evolve the IS (Information System) according to customer needs.
Accompany internal/external customers in the use of the tools at your disposal.
Participate in the automation of payroll production.
Maintain HRIS tools: time and activity management.
Manage your workload while respecting the objectives (productivity, quality and deadlines) to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Respect the defined processes and actively participate in their evolution.
Implement and maintain control tools.
Daily collaboration

Work daily with internal/external customers and establish good relationships with them.
Share all types of information with peers, support functions, counterparts and management to ensure continuity and service excellence.
Actively participate in daily production meetings.
To succeed in this role: Qualifications required

Academic background:

You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science applied to management or equivalent.

Technical skills:

You have good knowledge of algorithms and database manipulation.

Positive and autonomous:

You are optimistic and perseverant; you know how to manage your time well and present your ideas in a clear and professional manner whether in person, in writing, or by phone; you are able to handle difficult situations.
