About FOUNDUP:

FOUNDUP is a training and consulting company that aims to foster innovation through Startup acceleration and Skills training. Since 2015, FOUNDUP has run different programs related to entrepreneurship and employability. It also represents international brands/programs such as the Silicon Valley-based startup acceleration program Founder Institute.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that help build qualified leads for our different programs and strong brand recognition.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
  • Define key performance indicators for each communication channel and campaign we run.
  • Write and deliver newsletters for the community.  
  • Design campaigns for our different programs and track the performances to help with recommendations for future programs.
  • Manage internal communication protocols and initiatives that will foster the workflow and the work environment.
  • Ensure the PR side of the programs and elaborate media activity reports.
  • Stay close to trends and innovation in the field of marketing and communication.

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the different key players of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

  • Implement a tracking process for our startups' performances in order to have clear and relevant data about our startup portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Freshly Graduated from a relevant field and eligible to “CIVP” contract.
  • Relevant professional experience in creating targeted content.
  • Must be able to multitask and deliver under short deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in english and french.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. 
  • A rich extracurricular experience is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work flexibly - both independently and as part of a team 
  • Having a strong desire to execute, drive impact and demonstrate urgency with projects.
