Boostiny is a paid recommendation platform that provides users with a selection of commercial offers and easy-to-use tools to disseminate them through their network of contacts: Social Messaging (FB, Whatsapp, viber, Instagram ...), email or SMS
We are a new startup, founded by people with over than 18 years in Digital Marketing, and supported by MEDIANET and FLAT6LABS incubator. We just finished a V 0.1 release of the mobile app, That’s why we need smart, humble, funny people to keep Boostiny growing. What You’ll Do:
Real work! That’s right, you will be putting code into production. You will be integrated into a startup environment working on a real-world project.
Create delightful and user-focused Android app with a web service connected to our adserver API.
Pioneer, develop, and pilot new application features aimed to process BigData and Machine learning
A/B Tests: Monitoring performance across multiple iterations of a "bet" to determine top performer
Competitive Research: Proactively keeping up to date with industry trends
You will be building services to help our app scale, analyzing big data, or adding/enhancing site features used by thousands users.
You’ll have to research, prototype, write and test your code to production standards.
Read, generalize and simplify technical solutions to solve multiple needs.
Benchmark possible solutions and implement improvements to expand capacity.
Candidate Overview
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
- Coursework and/or some working experience with Android development in Java
- Strong focus on high-quality mobile experiences
- Eye for UI/UX, and hands on experience designing UI a huge plus
- Interest in online advertising, analytics, or mathematics
