ONETEEM Tunisia SUARL is part of a fast-growing international group engineering Atlassian Cloud solutions for clients across Europe. We build private Forge apps, integrate Atlassian with the systems clients already run, and design the workflows their teams use every day.

We want someone who owns a delivery end to end: in the technical discovery with the client, shaping the solution with the team, and building it alongside engineers and consultants who know this platform as well as you do. Not a consultant handing specifications to a developer, and not a developer waiting for requirements. The engineering makes the advice credible, and the client contact makes the code fit.

The role is fully remote within Tunisia: Tunis, Sfax, Monastir, Sousse, or anywhere with a connection you trust.

🎯 How We Work

Clients come to us with a problem, not a specification: a service desk that does not match how their support team works, approvals scattered across three tools, a report no standard gadget can produce. First we understand it properly, then we pick the right tool. Often that is Jira and Confluence configuration, because a maintainable setup beats custom code whenever it can do the job. When configuration runs out, we write a Forge app. Deciding where that line sits is the most interesting conversation we have, and we have it together before anyone builds.

Nobody here carries a project alone. Architecture is discussed before it is built, code is reviewed in both directions, and incidents get a team response. You are in the room at discovery and still there at handover, so you see the consequences of the decisions you helped make.

Remote means distributed, not disconnected. We work asynchronously and write things down. Our clients sit in Central European Time, so calls happen during working hours, and we meet in person regularly.

👨‍💻 What You'll Do

🚀 Design and build private Atlassian Forge apps with Node.js, React, and TypeScript

🤝 Shape solutions with consultants and engineers, bringing the technical perspective in early

🔗 Integrate Atlassian Cloud with client systems through REST and GraphQL APIs

🏗️ Architect Jira and Confluence solutions for complex multi-team environments, from project and permission models to scaled schemes

🔧 Engineer workflows and process automation in Jira and Confluence Cloud, and know when a rule should become code

🗣️ Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements analysis alongside the delivery team

🤖 Build custom Rovo agents on Forge, with Forge actions that connect them securely to client data and systems

🛒 Assess Marketplace apps such as ScriptRunner, Tempo, JSU, Assets, Advanced Roadmaps, and Comala, and bring a reasoned build-or-buy recommendation

📦 Ship through shared deployments, CI/CD pipelines, environments, and versioning

🧪 Review your colleagues' code and have yours reviewed, and raise our testing and quality standard

📝 Write the technical documentation and runbooks that let anyone pick up the project tomorrow

🎓 Run enablement sessions so clients can operate what we built

🔄 Deliver Cloud migrations and environment consolidations with the delivery team

🛠️ Build internal tooling and reusable components that make the next project faster

🧑‍🏫 Share what you know, from mentoring juniors to writing up a new pattern

✅ What You Bring

💻 5+ years of fullstack development with Node.js, React, and TypeScript

🧩 Hands-on Forge experience, or comparable cloud app development you can transfer quickly

🧑‍💻 3+ years working directly in Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)

⚙️ Deep Jira configuration knowledge: workflows, screens, fields, permission and notification schemes, issue types

🌐 A solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, JSON, and secure app design

📋 Experience delivering client projects in a team, with the architecture decisions, deadlines, and stakeholder conversations involved

🤝 The habit of thinking out loud: you explain your reasoning, ask before assuming, and change your mind when a colleague has the better argument

🏠 Proven remote working: clear writing, problems flagged early, team kept in the picture

🧠 The judgement to turn a business requirement into the simplest solution that survives in production

🗣️ Excellent English, spoken and written, as you will be in front of clients regularly
