👨💼 What You’ll Do
- 📞 Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and scheduled calls
- 🎯 Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities
- 🧭 Understand customer needs and match them to ONETEEM solutions
- 📝 Maintain clean, organized lead data in our CRM system
- 🤝 Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to execute outreach campaigns
- 📈 Schedule discovery meetings and hand over qualified leads to senior sales
- 🔍 Research companies, industries, and decision-makers
- 💬 Represent ONETEEM professionally in English conversations
- 🚀 Support the expansion of our international sales pipeline
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 🗣️ Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- 📍 Based in Sousse (Sahloul, Hammam Sousse, Khezama, etc.)
- 📞 Comfortable speaking with customers via calls and messages
- 🧠 Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- 💻 Confident using digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email platforms)
- 🔥 Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn sales best practices
- 👥 Team player with strong interpersonal skills

- 📊 Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
