We develop secure private Forge apps, automate complex business processes, and deliver custom engineering solutions that help teams work smarter. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer who thrives in modern cloud development, enjoys solving real business challenges, and communicates confidently in English within an international environment.

👨‍💻 What You’ll Do

• 🔧 Design and develop private Atlassian Forge apps using Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• ☁️ Build secure, scalable cloud applications integrated with Jira and Confluence
• 🔄 Implement custom business logic, workflow automations, and process enhancements
• 🧠 Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions
• 🔗 Work with Atlassian REST and GraphQL APIs
• 🚀 Own deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and version management
• 🛠️ Develop internal engineering tools to accelerate Forge development
• 🤝 Collaborate with consultants, designers, and QA engineers
• 🧪 Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 🧑‍💻 5+ years of experience in fullstack development (Node.js + React)
• 🧪 2+ years hands-on experience building Atlassian Forge or cloud-based apps
• ⚛️ Strong React.js and TypeScript frontend development skills
• 🌐 Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and JSON
• 🧰 Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• 🗣️ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• 🧠 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 🏗️ Ability to design scalable architectures and own complex tasks

🌟 Nice to Have

• 🎓 Atlassian certifications (ACP-620, ACP-120, ACP-420, etc.)
• 🛒 Experience publishing apps on the Atlassian Marketplace
• 🖥️ Knowledge of Connect apps or Data Center APIs
• 🔄 Understanding of Agile, ITSM, or DevOps workflows
• 🧠 Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) via API
