We’re now hiring a **Full-Time Automation & AI Specialist (n8n)** to join our in-house team and lead the way in building smarter, faster workflows.

What you’ll be doing**

As our in-house automation expert, you’ll design, build, and maintain automated workflows that drive efficiency, reduce errors, and unlock new capabilities across our tools and teams.

Expect to:

- Build and maintain advanced workflows**

    - Use n8n to automate internal and client operations across multiple tools and systems.

    - Handle webhooks, conditional logic, error handling, and retries.

- Integrate across core platforms

    - Automate processes using Airtable, Notion, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail)**.

    - Sync data, trigger alerts, automate documentation, or schedule tasks across apps.

- **Leverage third-party tools & APIs

    - Use Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom APIs to extend integrations.

    - Connect CRMs, lead gen tools, marketing platforms, and internal databases.

- Experiment with AI

    - Integrate with OpenAI, Claude, or similar APIs to generate content, enrich data, or automate decision-making.

    - Prototype creative workflows combining automation + AI.

- Document and scale

    - Build a structured, well-documented automation library with clear logic, ownership, and maintenance routines.

    - Monitor uptime, errors, and system performance.

- **Collaborate across teams**

    - Work directly with marketing, SEO, design, and development to streamline work and ship faster.

    - Translate real needs into scalable automations.

Within 3 months, you’ll have:

- Delivered 10+ automation workflows using n8n across Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite.

- Built **2 AI-powered automations** connected to content or lead-generation workflows.

- Set up **tracking dashboards** or Slack alerts for operations and campaign monitoring.

- Documented all flows in a shared system and improved internal delivery speed.

- Helped reduce repetitive tasks and improved workflow visibility across teams.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong hands-on experience with **n8n** (required)

- Experience with **Zapier, Make**, or other automation platforms

- Comfortable automating with **Airtable, Notion, Slack, Google Suite**

- Familiar with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and conditional logic

- Background in dev (e.g. JavaScript or Python) is a plus but not required

- Interest or experience with **AI integrations (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)**

- Highly autonomous and reliable in following specs, deadlines, and internal structure

- Portfolio of past automations and real-world use cases (required)

- Fluent in English or French

- Must be based in Rabat and available full-time in our Agdal office (no remote)
