Program Manager

• Identifying, developing, guiding, analyzing, and implementing programs that contribute to the strategic objectives of the organization

• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, build support, and foster cooperation

• Maintaining open, constructive communication with all departments across the organization

• Proactively identifying (and escalating when necessary) risks and issues within programs and developing mitigation strategies

• A Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering or Industrial Sciences)

• Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving

• An independent, flexible work attitude with a strong “can-do” mentality

• Ownership and responsibility to successfully deliver programs from A to Z

• Affinity with network and infrastructure technologies, and a basic knowledge of fiber optic networks

• Interest in IT tools and data analysis (Power BI, Python, SQL, etc.)

• A transparent, honest, and respectful communication style
