Automation AI Expert-RABAT

we’re looking for an Automation and AI Expert to join our in-house team and help us push the boundaries of performance-driven marketing through best-in-class workflows, APIs, and intelligent agents.

What you’ll be doing**

As an Automation and AI Expert at Vesense, you’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing (Stefan) and dive deep into designing, building, and maintaining robust automation pipelines—leveraging n8n, custom APIs, and AI agents to streamline processes and accelerate growth.

Expect to:

Design and implement complex workflows** using n8n (and similar tools like Automa), connecting CRM, CMS, email platforms, advertising accounts, and proprietary APIs.

- Develop AI-driven agents** (e.g., GPT-powered chat assistants, data-processing bots) that can autonomously execute routine tasks—such as lead qualification, customer support triage, and performance reporting.

- Integrate third-party APIs** (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing API) into our existing stack, ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems.

- Build custom API endpoints** or middleware when pre-built connectors aren’t sufficient, writing and documenting Node.js or Python scripts as needed.

- Collaborate with content and design teams** to automate content generation workflows (e.g., briefing AI models with brand guidelines, QA-checking outputs, and pushing approved drafts to CMS).

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize** live workflows: set up error-handling routines, log events, and implement performance alerts to minimize downtime.

- Train and maintain AI models/agents**—fine-tuning prompts, curating training data, and evaluating performance metrics (accuracy, latency, completion rates).

- Document automation processes** end-to-end: create clear runbooks, API specs, and handoff documentation for cross-functional teams.

- Report on efficiency gains**: time saved, error reduction, and impact on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

- Iterate rapidly** using a test-and-learn mindset, pushing small but impactful experiments weekly

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years’ hands-on experience** architecting, building, and maintaining automation pipelines with n8n (or comparable tools like Zapier, Make, Automa).

- Proven expertise** in integrating and orchestrating multiple APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhook-based), including writing custom Node.js/Python scripts when necessary.

- Deep familiarity with AI-as-a-Service offerings** (OpenAI GPT-3/4/ChatGPT, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying AI agents.

- Strong code skills**: comfortable writing and debugging JavaScript/TypeScript (for n8n), Python, or Node.js for custom scripts and microservices.

- Understanding of data-flow architecture**, event-driven design, and best practices for error handling/retries.

- Experience with cloud environments** (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for hosting serverless functions or lightweight containers, including CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

- Comfortable using Git** for version control and collaborating with dev teams on pull requests, code reviews, and documentation.

- Analytical mindset**: ability to interpret logs, metrics, and user feedback to continuously optimize automations.

- Excellent communication skills**: able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document workflows clearly.

- Fluent in English; French is a plus.**

-Based in or willing to relocate to Rabat**—this is an in-office, full-time role.
