Estamos à procura de um analista de help desk nível 1 para se juntar à nossa equipa na DXC Technology e prestar um excelente serviço ao cliente.


Tipo de contrato: Contrato sem termo


Disponibilidade: Híbrido presencial e remoto


Responsabilidades:

Atender chamadas e tickets de clientes para resolução de problemas técnicos.

Realizar análises de problemas para identificar causas e soluções.

Colaborar com as equipas técnicas para fornecer soluções eficazes.

Requisitos:

Fluência em inglês e português.

Experiência em suporte técnico e resolução de problemas.

Atendimento ao cliente e competências de comunicação.

Conhecimentos de sistemas de bilhética.

Não é necessária experiência.

Nível académico:

Licenciatura em Ciência da Computação, Gestão de Tecnologias de Informação ou área afim.

Licenciado em Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (BTP)
