Wij zijn op zoek naar een L1 Helpdesk-analist die ons team bij DXC Technology komt versterken en uitstekende klantenservice wil bieden.

Beschikbaarheid: Hybride in persoon en op afstand


Verantwoordelijkheden:

Beantwoord telefoontjes en tickets van klanten om technische problemen op te lossen.

Diagnostiek en probleemoplossing uitvoeren voor systemen en toepassingen.

Werk samen met technische ondersteuningsteams om effectieve oplossingen te bieden.

Vereisten:

Kennis van ticketingtools en klantondersteuningssystemen.

Onervaren, maar bereid om te leren en te groeien met ons team.

Communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met cliënten uit verschillende culturen te werken.

Probleemoplossend vermogen en vaardigheden in het analyseren van situaties.

Academisch niveau:

Bachelor of diploma in computerwetenschappen, human resources management of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
