Job description:

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst L1 to join our team at DXC Technology.

Type of Contract: Permanent job

Availability: Hybrid working

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use ticketing systems to track and manage incidents and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Academic level:

  • Three-year university degree in a related field.
  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
