Junior Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, design, QA) to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
• Track project progress, identify risks or blockers, and help drive resolution
• Ensure communication flows smoothly between teams and stakeholders
• Assist in organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, etc.)
• Help monitor project KPIs and prepare status reports for internal stakeholders
• Participate in the continuous improvement of delivery processes and team workflows

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or IT-related fields
• A first experience (internship or up to 1 year) in project coordination, delivery, or tech-related environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Good command of English and French (written and spoken)
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
