ML IA Software Engineer

We're looking for engineers to join our team. The perfect candidate is an entrepreneurial engineer who can tackle a vague project outline, spearhead its execution, and deliver results. This means getting your hands dirty with coding, engaging directly with customers, nailing down specifications, and whatever else it takes to reach the finish line. We're firm believers that top-notch engineers are those who take full ownership of their projects' outcomes.

You will

● Take charge of projects from start to finish, covering requirements gathering, scope definition, design, and implementation.

● Demonstrate sound judgment in system and tool development, making informed build vs. buy decisions with a focus on cost efficiency.

● Adapt quickly, juggle multiple tasks, and rapidly acquire new technical skills as needed.

Requirements

● Experience in fine-tuning foundation models.

● Experience in training smaller machine learning and deep learning models.

● Proficiency in computer vision techniques and applications.

● Strong understanding of the importance of high-quality data, with skills in collecting, processing, and creating datasets.

● Ability to creatively stitch multiple models together to create agentic workflows.

● Skills in generalizing experimental outcomes into scalable and reusable workflows.

● Proficiency in writing training code from scratch and adapting existing scripts.

● Efficient use of GPU resources to optimize training processes.

● Strong experience in Python and PyTorch.

Nice to have

● Research in machine learning or related fields and remaining up to date with the latest trends and advancements.
