Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer proficient in Figma or other design tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experience. In addition to creating new interfaces, the candidate will also play a key role in guiding and mentoring frontend developers to improve and refine existing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CEO, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that illustrate how applications function and look.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to ensure designs are user-friendly and meet the needs of the target audience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Guiding and mentoring frontend developers to improve and refine existing interfaces

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Proven UI/UX design experience.

Proficient in Adobe XD, Figma and other relevant design tools.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills.

Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in mobile app design.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
