Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web and Mobile Developer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack JavaScript, Flutter, Laravel, and Vue.js, with a proven track record in project management. This role requires fluency in both French and English, as it involves working with a diverse, multilingual team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using Flutter, full-stack JavaScript, Laravel, and Vue.js.

Lead and manage development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to create seamless user experiences.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of applications.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.

Requirements:

5 years of experience at least! Please don't apply if this is not the case.

Proven experience as a Senior Web and Mobile Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Flutter, full-stack JavaScript, Laravel, and Vue.js.

Experience with project management and leading development teams.

Fluent in both French and English.

Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in a startup environment.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
