Scrum Master and QA Tester

Job Description:

Seekmake is looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master and QA Tester to join our team. This dual role involves leading Agile development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Scrum methodologies, and performing quality assurance testing to maintain the highest standards of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments to team progress and foster a collaborative environment.
• Maintain and update project management tools for effective team coordination.

QA Tester:

• Collaborate with the QA team to create and execute test plans for software applications.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify software defects, documenting and tracking issues using bug tracking tools.
• Participate in the design and implementation of automated test scripts.
• Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting issues in software applications.
• Document test results and provide reports to the Development team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Experience in quality assurance testing and familiarity with bug tracking tools and testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
