Description du Poste : Nous recherchons un community manager/créateur de contenu qui sera chargé de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication de l'entreprise et de gérer le contenu des médias sociaux.
Missions
- Créer un contenu engageant et pertinent pour différentes plateformes de réseaux sociaux.
- Planifier et exécuter des campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux afin d'accroître la notoriété de la marque, la portée et l'engagement.
- Surveiller les canaux des réseaux sociaux, interagir avec le public et répondre promptement aux commentaires, messages et mentions.
- Tester de nouvelles stratégies et fonctionnalités sur les réseaux sociaux pour rester à la pointe, en utilisant l'IA et l'automatisation.
- Évaluer les données sur les performances des réseaux sociaux et élaborer des stratégies d'amélioration.
- Effectuer une veille sur les tendances de l'industrie, le paysage concurrentiel et les préférences du public cible pour éclairer les décisions en matière de contenu et de stratégie.
- Proposer et piloter de nouveaux projets visant à renforcer notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux.
Profil recherché
- Formation en Marketing, Communication, ou domaine similaire.
- Familiarité avec les différentes plateformes de réseaux sociaux et leurs exigences.
- Passionné(e) par les tendances actuelles en marketing digital.
- Maîtrise des outils de conception graphique tels que Canva.
- Excellentes compétences en français et en anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Une expérience préalable en gestion des réseaux sociaux ou en community management serait un atout.
