Ingénieur Process (H/F)
Missions :
- Mise en œuvre de la démarche AMDEC Process
- Définition et réalisation du plan d’expérience
- Identification et définition des paramètres process influents
- Construction du plan de surveillance qualité et déploiement de la maîtrise statistique des procédés
- Analyse et optimisation des moyens et processus de fabrication
- Contrôle des paramètres critiques du processus
- Mesure et analyse des résultats pour évaluer l'efficacité des améliorations
- Réalisation d'études préalables aux projets d'amélioration
- Élaboration de plans d'action pour la mise en œuvre des améliorations
- Assistance à la production et animation des groupes de travail
- Participation à la résolution des problèmes qualité
- Définition et validation des plans de qualification produit et composants
Profil :
- Vous avez un diplôme d'ingénieur dans le secteur technique (Mécanique, Mécatronique, Industriel)..
- Vous avez à partir de 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Vous maitrisez les outils d'amélioration continue tels que l'AMDEC, le Lean Six Sigma etc.
