Scrum Master And Product Owner

Job Description:

Seekmake is looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master / Product Owner to join our team. This role involves leading Agile development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Scrum methodologies, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments to team progress and foster a collaborative environment.
• Maintain and update project management tools for effective team coordination.

Product Owner:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog.
• Prioritize product backlog based on market and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery aligned with business goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
