We are currently seeking a DevOps engineer to be part of this dynamic force. Your role will involve contributing to the development of robust architectures, streamlined data flows, and efficient operational practices, all aimed at providing our customers with an impeccable user experience.

• Develop and deliver tasks and team assignments in line with specifications, meeting quality standards and deadlines.

• Integrate and deploy modules using the right tools.

• Maintain comprehensive source code documentation.

• Advocate and implement practical software engineering approaches.

• Provide crucial support to team members.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams for seamless testing.

• Handle installation, management, and administration of development, pre-production, and production infrastructure.

• Ensure the security and availability of development infrastructure.

• Offer support for internal and external users, resolving solutions/products issues.

• Analyze defects and bugs, proposing corrective and preventive actions.

Project Management Adherence:

• Comply with machinestalk's project management processes.

• Plan and estimate tasks using tools like Jira and QMS.

• Actively pursue annual objectives with the competency center coordinator.

• Actively participate in team meetings, activities, and scrum events.

Accurate Time Tracking:

• Maintain precise timesheets reflecting work activities, reporting to the competency center coordinator.

• Stay updated on technologies, tools, and methodologies in your field.

• Share insights through presentations, workshops, training, and articles.

• Finalize learning paths as part of ongoing self-improvement.

• Collaborate with the NOC for timely resolution of product issues in On Call sessions.

• Continuously monitor client production and development environments.

Innovative Solutions Provider:

• Offer improvements to maintain and evolve the monitoring platform.

• Provide log and debugging support to development and NOC teams for application issue resolution.

• Author Root Cause Analyses for ITOPS Issues.

Who you are

• You have proven experience working with Linux systems and proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. 
• 
  
• You have strong knowledge of Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment. 
• 
  
• You have advanced Git skills. 
• 
  
• You have hands-on experience in programming even if it's been for a single project. 
• 
  
• You have a deep understanding and experience in Agile Scrum methodologies. 
• 
  
• You have knowledge of ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). 
• 
  
• You have hands-on experience in Monitoring and Visualization Tools (Prometheus and Grafana). 
• 
  
• You are someone who's an empathetic communicator who has the ability to readily embrace and apply various processes. 
•
