About the role
We are looking for a 3D Designer who can help us design, develop, and maintain our 3D assets library. You will be working with a team of talented engineers using Blender. You will be responsible for:
- Developing new 3D assets for our 3D library using Blender, assets will be used in a real-time (low poly-count) setting but also used for HQ renders, 🎨
- Coming up with formulas and research, helping our 3D developers create new 3D animations, 🎬
- Communicating with our community of 3D designers on Reddit and Slack, and engaging them with relevant content, questions, and feedback, 🤳
- Authoring content (blogposts) on 3D tools and best practices, as a leader of our 3D community. ✍️
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in 3D design using Blender (other tools are accepted, only if you’re willing to move to Blender)
- Proficient in 3D modeling for Realtime assets, but also has experience creating HQ renders and textures.
- Knowledge of 3D design principles, trends, and best practices
- La Grinta, a hunger for learning.
We also welcome fresh graduates or interns who have a portfolio of 3D work to show us.
