We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization (SEO) and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, with a specific emphasis on online advertising. As a SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and ensuring our digital marketing campaigns are effective and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
• Content Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines, including on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, and keyword integration.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases for content creation and optimization.
• Link Building: Implement effective link-building strategies to enhance website authority and domain ranking.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Data Analysis: Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and assess competitor strategies and adjust digital marketing efforts accordingly.
• Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop and promote engaging and SEO-friendly content.
• Technical SEO: Ensure the website is technically sound and optimized for search engines, including addressing issues such as site speed and mobile-friendliness.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on SEO and digital marketing campaign performance and present findings to the team and stakeholders.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on online advertising.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
