Technicien Maintenance Bâtiment

Tasks: 

*Perform preventive and curative maintenance of equipment (generator, compressor, dryer, factory lighting, basket, forklift), Ensure the electrical safety of the equipment

*Provide preventive and curative maintenance of building activities (dock, door, window, paint, electrical installation, storage racks, stairs, escapes), periodic building performance checks

*Ensure the movement of equipment with electrical and pneumatic installation

*Ensure all new installation and curative and preventive maintenance (TGBT, cabinet, outlet, factory lighting, post lighting….) Ensure electrical check of all equipment (machine, jack, PC ....), And grounding.

*Consumption management and purchase request monitoring
